Proforma invoice — payment before dispatch for new accounts.
Delivery
UK tracked delivery. Orders dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.
Returns
Damaged or defective units replaced at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Shelf Life
Minimum 3 months remaining on all trade stock dispatched.
Labelling
All products fully labelled to UK food supplement regulations.

Full compliance pack provided at account setup: CoA, allergen sheet, spec sheet, approved claim copy.
