Shipping Policy

UK tracked delivery is £3.95 on orders under £40.

Delivery is free on orders of £40 or more.

Delivery is free on every subscription order, whatever the order value.

The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracked delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship internationally.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please make sure your address and postcode are correct at checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Our fresh sea moss gel is a perishable food and is dispatched chilled, in insulated packaging suitable for its journey. Please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and follow the storage instructions on the jar.

Capsules and other shelf-stable items are sent in standard recyclable packaging.

If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@oceanusliving.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

If a perishable item is delayed in transit and arrives in poor condition, do not consume it — contact us and we will replace or refund it.
