How do I take a concentrate?

Take the stated daily dose using the pipette, either directly or stirred into water, juice or a smoothie. See the daily dose shown on this page and on the bottle.

How is this different from the gel?

It is the same sea moss in a more concentrated liquid format, measured by pipette rather than by spoon. Choose whichever format suits your routine — there is no need to take both.

How long does one bottle last?

See the servings-per-pack figure on this page — at the stated daily dose, that is how many days one bottle covers.

Does it need refrigerating?

Store it cool and out of direct sunlight, and refrigerate once opened. See the storage details on this page.
